So, the vortex is where everything’s being held vibrationally. But we’re calling your attention to your point of attraction, and we’ve given it affectionately the name grid, as a sort of mental structure, sort of like the framing of a building that’s gonna fill in with the details. So your grid equals your emotional state, your point of attraction. And the better you feel, the more your grid will then easily receive the contents of your vortex. The worse you feel, the more the contents of your vortex can’t come to you, because they’re one frequency and your grid’s another, so they’re not coming together. But as you become less specifically focused upon what’s wrong and therefore, deactivate more and more of those resistant vibrations, then the contents of your vortex easily flow into your grid. And that’s a manifestation point. In other words, that’s the point that you feel it, that’s the point that rendezvous start happening, that’s the point that you start feeling more success. And eventually, as you maintain a more consistent grid that’s more consistent with your vortex, then manifestations begin to occur that are the ones you want. Signs first, feelings, impulses and then evidence.

We want you to know: we’re not trying to talk you out of manifestation, we’re trying to talk you in to manifestation. We just want you to know, that when you stop caring about the manifestation, and you only care about the way you feel, and you begin to accomplish the way you feel in a more consistent, deliberate, chronic way, that then, you will have prepared your vibrational grid for all of the things that you’ve been asking for, and the momentum of your grid filling in, is gonna keep you happy for the rest of your life.
And people are gonna be watching you, who don’t really understand this, and they’re going to be saying: ‘what gives with you? It seems like only yesterday I heard you expressing a desire for something, and now I’m witnessing your full receiving of it, how is it that you do that?’ - and your words will not be enough for them. You’ll use words like contrast, which will annoy them, you’ll use words maybe like grid or like vortex, but what you will be saying to them is:
What I discovered is, that life is supposed to be good for me. And if I stood back and stopped struggling for my goodness, fighting for my goodness, justifying for my goodness, rationalizing for my goodness, when I stopped defending against the badness and I started just accepting that the goodness prevails, and that I am a worthy being who is deserving of it - and that’s really what this creation of this grid is all about: it’s about once and for all accepting your goodness, and letting the universe show you just how good you are, you see. You are so good. And you are so loved.
And there is great love here for you. And as always we remain stubbornly, insistently, consistently, happily, chronically, annoyingly, in the vortex.

What most of you are offering is a really mixed bag because you care what this one thinks, and you care what that one thinks and especially the one that you live with, you care what that one thinks.
And that’s why those interpersonal relationships with your mothers and your fathers and your sisters and your brothers and your mates and your lovers, all of those relationships are so much less than they could be because you have your priorities out of order.
You have to let the relationship that really matters be the relationship between you and your vortex. And when you put THAT relationship first and you make sure you know what it feels to be in resonant alignment with who you are, then the edge just comes off of you. You are never defensive, you are never justifying. You are always in your power.

Flawed Premise #11: If I leave an unwanted situation, I will find what I am looking for.
Whatever you are giving your attention to is offering a Vibrational frequency, and your attention to it for an extended period of time causes that same frequency to be active within you. It is important to remember that when a Vibration is active within you, taking the physical action of walking away from it will not prevent it from being present in your experience. In clearer terms, the action of walking away does not hold enough power to compensate for the attraction power of your thoughts.

Can you see how if you’re out of the vortex, you’re not where it is, but that doesn’t mean that it isn’t — you’re just not where it is. In other words, it’s not something that you have to work for, it’s something that you have to feel for, it’s something that you have to find the vibrational place of. Woman in the hot seat: So faking it till you make it is not really a part of it?
Abraham: Well someone talked about that earlier, about if you say the words long enough then you’ll begin to feel it, and sometimes you do. So we’re not going to say that that is altogether not a good approach to something, but it would be accurate to say that anytime you’re trying to find the vibrational essence of something before it’s manifested, that much of the world would call that faking it, because you’re talking about something that they can’t see and seeming to feel good about it, even though you have no justification in terms of manifestation, to feel good about it.
But if you have convinced yourself that it’s the grid filling in what you’re reaching for, that IT’S ALWAYS BEEN ABOUT THE FEELING, you see, everything you want, whether it’s a relationship or a material object or a pile of money or an empire or a possession, everything that you want is because you believe you will feel better in the having of it, and so as you show yourself that you HAVE the ability to affect that grid, that you HAVE the ability to affect the way you feel regardless of what’s going on around, now you’ve got it figured out. Because now the grid will fill in with the details that you’ve put into the vortex, and then you’ll say: “Hey I get this”, -as our friend just said-, “I was trying way too hard. I was applying too much effort action factor and not able to overcome the vibration, and giving too little attention to the way I feel, which is my awareness of what I’m doing with my grid or my vibration “
Grid -> Point of Attraction, Grid = Point of Attraction, Grid: Point of Attraction. You cannot overcome your point of attraction with words. But often, the words you speak reflect your point of attraction. So when they flow from you easily, in other words when you just know that all is well, and when you just know that it’s gonna turn out alright, when you know that you can figure it out, when you know that it’s fun in the figuring it out, when you know that you didn’t want it all figured out before you got here, you want to figure it out. You put the stuff in your vortex, you wanna watch it fill in, you see, you really do.

Why Do I Want the Relationship I Want…? Think about what you want in a relationship and why you want it. Look for those around you who are experiencing good relationships, and feel appreciation for them. Make lists of the positive aspects of those you have spent time with… . In fact, one of the fastest ways to make your way to a wonderful relationship is to find any subject that consistently feels good, and focus on that even if it has nothing to do with relationships.

It’s such an interesting thing to watch humans who’ve been building the grids of discord and the grids of competition who then witness some evil deed that they abhor and then they keep beating the drum of that and therefore depriving themselves of appreciation and love that would be there otherwise and the more they deprive themselves of the appreciation and love that would be there otherwise the more they hate and abhor the person who is the object of attention who seems to be the subject that is causing them to feel that way.

When you pay attention to the way you feel, and deliberately choose more thoughts that feel good while you think them, you will begin to recognize the nature of your Broader Non-Physical desires. The majority of negative emotions that you feel are not because the subject of your thought is wrong, but instead, because you are condemning something that your Source does not condemn. Your Source is one of love, not one of condemnation.

If you wait until your body is completely dehydrated before you drink something or completely emaciated before you eat something, your body can get far out of balance. While it is possible to eventually bring your body back to a state of well-being—it is much easier to maintain a healthy physical balance than to recover it after losing it.
Most people never put themselves into the dramatic situation where they are without water or food to the point of doing damage to their physical bodies; however, it is not uncommon for people to deprive their bodies of something equally important: alignment with Source Energy.
In the same way that it is a good idea to drink when you feel the indication of thirst—and therefore maintain your Well-Being long before dehydration is experienced—it is equally important to change the thought and release resistance at the first indication of negative emotion. For while it is certainly possible to withstand negative emotion for long periods of time, it is not the optimal experience for the cells of your physical body.
When you learn to release resistance in the early, subtle stages, your physical body must thrive. Thriving is what is natural to you.
