When you try to justify where you are by pointing out how bad things are, you are headed in the wrong direction. Reach for the thought that feels better, And allow the natural Well-Being that is yours.

Make peace with wherever you stand. And here’s the most important part: When you feel despair, or anything that doesn’t feel good, and you reach for a thought that feels better, what comes right along with that is a conscious awareness that you do have some control of your experience. And friends, we cannot emphasize enough the importance of that conscious awareness that you can do something about the way you feel. When you choose a thought that feels better than the thought that you were choosing before, and you consciously acknowledge that you had the power to choose it, and that you did choose it, and that it did change your vibrational frequency—now, there’s no place you cannot go. Now, that cloud of despair, that cloud of not being able to control your own experience goes away.
…
Decide that you’re going to be aware of how you feel, and that how you feel really matters.

As you start, on day one, deliberately choosing the thought that feels better — on day two, you will have access to a whole different set of choices than you would have if you had not made those choices on day one. And on day three, there will be a whole different set of choices now available to you — because each day you will have established your Vibrational Tone to your pure, positive Source Energy.

Begin telling the story of your desire, and then add to it the details of the positive aspects that you can find that match those desires. And then embellish your positie expectation by speculating with your good-feeling Wouldn’t it be nice if … ? examples. You can say things like: Only good things come to me and I’ll figure it out as I go along. Every time you tell your better-feeling story, you will feel better, and the details of your life will improve. The better it gets, the better it gets.

In the 1900s, Emile Coué (a French psychologist and pharmacist) was a pioneer in the work of using positive thoughts to aid in healing. Part of his successful healing methods involved the simple daily application by his patients of this conscious autosuggestion: “Every day, in every way, I am getting better and better!” This is not only a powerful statement for health. As you can see by the words, it is a powerful statement for all areas of our life. When using this affirmation say it very slowly and with the full conviction of the meaning of the words. It is the force we put into words that make them powerful.

Observe a person’s car, and you will learn something about its owner. The cars that are sparkling clean are evidence that their owners appreciate them. The cars that are very dirty and messy are not being appreciated. One person is attracting even better cars. The other is attracting lesser cars. Appreciation for the things you have is using the law of attraction intelligently.

It is important to remember that it is your thoughts and feelings together that create with the law of attraction, and you cannot separate them. Also remember that it’s your feelings that are summing up your overall frequency and telling you what you are creating in this moment. So how are you feeling right now? Could you feel better? Well then, do what it takes right now to feel better.
