It is a feeling of loving self and worthiness that is equivalent to health. And it is a feeling of “I have done wrong” that is illness.

When you have made a decision about something you want, you have accomplished one-half of the equation for the Deliberate Creation of it. You have given thought with emotion, which is what wanting is. On the other side of the equation for the Deliberate Creation is the Allowing, or the expecting, the letting it be…. And so, when you say I want, and I allow, therefore it is, you will be very fast in your creation of whatever it is that you want. You are literally allowing yourself to have it by not resisting it, by not pushing it away with other thoughts.
You have heard us say that when you are in the state of Allowing, you do not have negative emotion. The state of Allowing is freedom from negativity; therefore, when you have set forth your deliberate intent to have something and you are feeling only positive emotion about it, then you are in the state of Allowing it to be. And then you will have it, you see.
To have health instead of illness, you must think about health. When your body is sick, it is easier to notice the sickness, so it requires desire, focus, and a willingness to look beyond what is happening right now. By imagining a healthier body in the future, or by remembering a time when you were healthier, your thought, in the moment, will match your desire, and you will then be allowing an improvement in your condition. The key is to reach for thoughts that feel better.

Abraham: We want you to come to know so purely the Laws of the Universe, that even if physical evidence says to you “You can not” that you say “I CAN”.
Because the evidence is only a product of what other people have been vibrating. The evidence even if it is in your body is only a product of what you have been vibrating .
It has NOTHING to do with what you will vibrate from here on!!
The Law is acting in the NOW…………… That’s why we are not excited about history…………..The Law [of Attraction] is vibrating in your NOW and you are finding your harmony with it or against it.
Guest: Abraham. Are you saying then that from any moment forwards you can un-create what you have created in the past?
Abraham: We would use this terminology.
From where you stand……………… YOU CAN BE OR DO OR HAVE ANYTHING THAT YOU CHOOSE.
We would not talk about it in terms of un-creating because then you are giving your attention to what you don’t want and you get stuck there.
You can supercede a negative creation with a positive creation. You can replace something you don’t want with something you do want.
Absolutely!! No matter what it is …………NO MATTER WHAT IT IS.

If you could make a decision to never allow negative emotion to linger within you – and at the same time acknowledge that it is your work alone to refocus your attention in order to feel better, rather than asking someone else to do something different or for some circumstance to change to make you feel better – you will not only be a very healthy person, but you will be a joyful person. Joy, appreciation, love, and health are all synonymous. Resentment, jealousy, depression, anger, and sickness are all synonymous.
You can accomplish change in every experience, but you have to begin to see your world differently. You have to tell the story the way you want it to be rather than like it is. When you choose the direction of your thoughts and conversations by the way they feel as you think them or speak them, then you begin to deliberately offer vibrations. You are Vibrational Beings, whether you know it or not, and the Law of Attraction is eternally responding to the vibrations you are offering.
What happens when the cells of your body recognise that they are out
of alignment, they have one mission only and that is to get back into
alignment. So every cell in the affected area of your body goes to
work overtime. As those cells are generating more asking, the non-
physical energy is offering more answering so there is often an
intensity around that area of your body . Well if you are not
relaxing into it, and allowing it then the more they do that, the
more you tense against it, and the more you tense against it, the
more they try to do it. You see what we are getting at?
So the best thing for you to do, is first of all acknowledge that the
cells know what they are doing. Acknowledge that the pure energy is
being offered and your work is to find the feeling place in other
words your work is to relax into an attitude of wellbeing.
Now- you have great advantage . As we were listening to you in your
offering, we can hear clearly how easy it is for you to bask in the
good health that you lived. It is also easy for you to feel unhappy
that that good health is not there.
See yourself standing before a picture window, it is a magnificent
display. There is something there that you want very very much. You
cannot afford it today but you really really want it. You are
yearning for it.
Now see yourself looking into the same display window it is
magnificent, you really really want it but you cannot afford it
today. But instead of yearning for it which is full of lack, you are
just purely appreciating the splendour of it. Can you feel the
difference in those two vibrations?
So what you are wanting to do, is to spend more of your time basking
in the memory of a perfectly functioning body. Not tensing against
the body that’s not working quite so well but spend more time
remembering, more time regurgitating more time finding that place of
Pure Positive Energy , and your body will realign itself. It is

The Law of Attraction is responding to your thought, not to your current reality. When you change the thought, your reality must follow suit. If things are going well for you, then focusing upon what is happening now will cause the well-being to continue, but if there are things happening now that are not pleasing, you must find a way of taking your attention away from those unwanted things.
You have the ability to quickly change your patterns of thought, and eventually… your life experience.
Take 15 minutes daily, thinking of pleasant scenarios regarding your body, with the sole intent of enjoying your body and appreciating its strength and stamina and flexibility and beauty. When you visualize for the joy of visualizing rather than with the intention of correcting some deficiency, your thoughts are more pure and, therefore, more powerful. When you visualize to overcome something that is wrong, your thoughts are diluted with the “lackful” side of the equation. In time, your physical condition will acquiesce to your dominant thoughts.

Begin telling the story of your desire, and then add to it the details of the positive aspects that you can find that match those desires. And then embellish your positive expectation by speculating with your good feeling Wouldn’t it be nice if…? examples. You can say things like: Only good things come to me and I’ll figure it out as I go along… Every time you tell a better-feeling story, you will feel better, and the details of your life will improve. The better it gets, the better it gets.
As you imagine and visualize and verbalize your new story, in time you will believe the new story; and when that happens, the evidence will flow swiftly into your experience. A belief is only a thought you continue to think; and when your beliefs match your desires, then your desires must become your reality. There is no physical body, no matter what the conditions that cannot achieve an improved condition. Nothing else in your experience responds as quickly as your own physical body to your patterns of thought.
